Open Question: 2nd gen. or 3rd gen Camaro? Which is better?

Right now, I'm only 14 but I still want to do my research so I'll know what car to get. I LOVE camaros and was stuck between a 2nd and 3rd gen. camaro. I want a first car that will give me decent mpg, speed, hp and looks.
